Custom Selection for a product - OsCommerce

We would like for you to read the requirements first and bid if you are a PHP/Oscommerce experienced freelancer. We want to be able to create a customer's own product from a selection and calculate the correct price. Here is a screenshot of the idea with some final modifications to be made. Needless to say that product has to be shown nice and correctly in all stages like in the actual page, last checkout page, admin and email to the customer. Detailed writing on the options will be given after. We would like to see several and unlimited revisions to make sure everything is lined up nice and clear. Also we want to have at least a week after the completed changes to test the site then the final payment. We want this addition to be finished before February. Communication and time to finish are very important. I had bad experiences with communication so if you are not available online or responsive, DO NOT bid. You should have all the changes done in your testing site, and with final approval then we go live. Thank you.
