Auto Fill Script

I'm looking to have a program created that will let you import email addresses and proxys. Then you paste in websites that can be autofilled. The script will then take the email addresses under different proxies and submit to different websites. I am told that this can be done through Firefox using SwitchProxy, a firefox plugin and the autofill firefox plugin - which might make it easier. Anyway, I'm looking to find someone who's interested in this project. I need this as soon as possible. Please bid if you have feedback. Thanks!
