Create Live Query to site, to retrieve 30day listing of homes from date of search. Go to this link: [login to view URL] Left Panel > Central Internet Auction > Accept Terms > Search Criteria > Ca > Contra Costa County > Start Date "Today's Date" End Date: 30 Days from "today's date". > Submit. Retrieve eight items from Calpost site. See excel attachment for list. All listings will be presented to user with a check box next to them (Save/import into Hot List). Currently the listings are broken up into days. We'll need to show the users all the dates. (Note: Saturday and Sunday are not include in site search. This is okay). All items with checkboxes will be imported in the Users hot list. Create a front page User interface called "Hot List". Hot list page will contain those items marked as Save/Import from calpost query. Once items area imported into Hot List. A query to [login to view URL] will need to happen automatically to retrieve "Zestimate" of each item marked as Save/Import. Hot List layout (web page) will look like attached excel sheet. Add a check box next to each item added into the hot list. Create a delete button at end of page to remove them from the hot list. Have a Query button on top page to query calpost site. Will need to come up with creative solution to change the color of each Hot Listing row. It will need to be very clean. Offer seven colors to choice from. See attached excel file for example and colors to offer. -- Bonus -- create a CRON script that will check those items in the Hot List for changes every couple of hours. If changes are found, an alert message will be sent to multiple email addresses. ** Working server is root access.
