Array to mysql

Hi Coder, I have a [login to view URL] that needs to be synchonised with mysql say every 5 min (this last part can be done thrue a cron job). the mysql database is corresponding with the array I can access the mdb on linux thrue a mount. And with the command mdb-array from the mdb-tools kit. I get a file with the values of the mdb in a array format. these files I have attached.. I prefere perl but a good bid in php will also do.
