Article Directory Script Needed

I want to build an article directory script very similar to the article dashboard script, which you can see running at [login to view URL] You can also download a copy of the script at [login to view URL] I want some variations made though. The first thing that I want is that each article page that would be created would be on an html page. In other words, each article page should end in .html rather than a php string (I want each page easy to crawl by search engines). It's ok if this is not possible, but I really would like it to be if it can. The other variation is this. Each author would have their own admin area, which article dashboard does have, but with their submission I also want them to be able to submit any advertising code that would fit in a certain size area on the article page when published. This way each author will still have their article published, but the published page will contain a 728x90 banner(or other size, this is just an example) of their choosing. They might want to add their Adsense code, which is java. I want any of it to display on the published page as long as it will fit in the described area.(coder will work with me on determining area that the code will display on the published page as well as the final size of the displayed banner). I would also like a main admin area like article dashboard already has. I want to be able to email all authors from the admin area, as well as view statistics like, how many articles we have, how many authors we have, etc. I will need the capability to review each article, approve the article or deny it, mass approve all articles to a certain category, and ban an author if I need to. Script must be complete, including written, easy to install instructions. Coder must commit to debugging any problems that arise within 30 days after completion. (original script problems only, any new feature requests would be considered a new job). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PHP, ASP, or whatever platform coder deems best. Once again, I want it to work. You are the pro, convince me that your approach is best.
