Clickbank statistics script

We are looking for someone to create a web based script that pulls information from clickbank's affiliate site and puts that into a database to be retrieved by a web based client. This data will then need to be sorted and then the script will need to calculate certain statistical data. The data will need to be able to be sorted and narrowed by sales date, vendor id, and product. We value a quality product over a good price. Please list your qualifications in your bid response. We need this done in Perl, or PHP with a MySQL backend. Perl is preferred. We expect bug fixes to be provided at little or no cost. This is not a one time job, we will be constantly improving this to provide us with more data in the future. We are looking to start a business relationship with a programmer, or company to update the script with new features in the future. We need a reliable programmer with good communication skills. We would also like this person to make suggestions based on their professional experience. What I know: - Clickbank does not provide a database to pull the information from. The data will have to be "scraped" from the web page, parsed, and then input into our database. - Our servers are based on RedHat Linux 3.0, we use Perl, PHP 4, MySQL 4, and Apache on our web servers. What I require: - I need someone that already has an affiliate account with clickbank to test this. I will not provide my login information for testing as it contains private financial data. - I need the script to pull the data for the user specified date range and input them into a MySQL database so that it may be read by many different clients. - I will need a web based front end to manage, sort, and display the information in and easy to read manner - I prefer to avoid page refreshes when the user sorts the data, so AJAX or Javascript would be a huge advantage here. I will answer each question to the best of my knowledge. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. We would own all rights to this script. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Web based. We prefer it if it was written in Perl, and using a MySQL backend database. PHP 4 ok. We would prefer it to work correctly using any version 4+. Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox compatability a must.
