Create Cron Job Module for My TubeSite

The script is called AVS Adult Tube Script. I want to be able to grab videos from the sponsor sites much like the video graber module works but to automate the function via a cron job and sort it according to category and have the ability to update settings when when it updates etc. I would like for it to also check if video exists in the database already and if it does do not grab. Another feature I would like to see is the ability to grab multiple videos in the sponsors database so for example it can go back 15,000 videos and grab #15,501 if it is not existant in my database. Last feature I'd like to see is the ability if the video is not downloaded to my server the ability to check to see if video still exists on server site and if it doesn't delete it from my database I would like for all this to be automated and hands off but still have ability to select options and control this module script
