ROITech We are a small ISP company. We need a web site, here're the requirements: 1. Design. Must be an artistic and strict one. Just like http://www.alter-web.net. 2. Back end. News, search engine, pricing engine. 3. Some web spiders, to go to web pages and retrieve the info we need. 4. Also, we need a person who will maintain all this stuff. If you feel that you fit ANY of the above points, please bid. The project might be split in several parts. Prooving your experience is a big plus. This is an off-site position. Hosting: a colocated server, currently PHP, Perl, MySQL, PostgreSQL available. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform LAMP
