affilate program

I need some kind of affiliate tracking system that I can use to have affiliates working under me to promote [login to view URL] which I do not own. I need to be able to track signups and pay my affiliates like $15/signup. I am setup with tricams which I receive 25% of all money spent by everyone I signup. I'm not sure if this is possible without being able to set anything up on the tricams site and I'm not sure how much work something like this takes so let me know if you would need more money than I offered. These are the urls I use to promote them - home - [login to view URL] join page - [login to view URL] I have heard that this is impossible to do since I don't have the access to do anything with the join page(which is not my site).
