application that fills in data in some web forms automatically

I have with me the details of various fields in some web forms... These forms are used for user registration, user login and submit data to website. Attached with this request is details of the submit data form of 6 websites... I want you to create an application that goes to such sites (for which data is available) , before going it asks for the data that is required for all the forms, and then one site at a time, opens the form and automatically fills in the values within each form. (The data in excel sheet attached with this bid contains such information about 6 forms, your app should use this data). Ideally, I want your application to submit data together for 5 to 10 sites at one go, but if you cant do that, atleast your program should submit data to one site at a time. Only captcha value and any multiple choice value(like radio box) should be shown on screen for the user to fill in the value correclty.... Other values (which have been asked for by the program) should be automatically filled in. I would prefer the program to be in java/python, and be created for Google App Engine, but if you want to use some other technology like PHP/Perl/Python then I am open to that as well. Also, once the form is submitted, your program should correctly log all return messages When the program is run, it asks the user for all fields in the forms, then initially does user registration, after that user log on and after that submit data to each site. For all these forms, it should display captcha and multiple choice values on screen so that user can fill in these values and submit the forn. The program should log all sites for which this work has been done successfully and all sites for which this work has failed or is pending. In your bid, please mention the technology/language you want to use, and how many days/weeks you require to create this application.
