I need a clone of www.peopledata.com. You'll need to know where they're getting their data from. The database must be a local database so the site queries are not remote. If this is a database I have to purchase please let me know so I can consider that cost. On second hand, I will consider a remote query if remote queries are cheap enough. The remote server must know we're going to be querying from them and a legal deal/purchase must be worked out. I don't want to leech data from a remote server.

If it's local, you can use either a binary database or MySQL. I prefer MySQl although I have heard binary databases can be pretty fast. If you choose MySQL I need you to efficiently design the database SQL so it can handle dozens if not hundreds of queries a second.

I want the web interface to be coded in perl as well.

Bankruptcies - Legal Judgments - Home & Property Ownership - Liens

Current and Previous Addresses and Phone Numbers - Addresses & Phone Numbers of Relatives, Roommates and Neighbors and optional National Criminal Records Search

along with everything else that [url removed, login to view] offers.

The person who accepts this project will need to have a proven ability to deliver. I have no problem hiring someone who hasn't been rated yet, but they must at least convince me that they can do the job and in the time frame requested. Good luck and happy bidding.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
