Customizaton of blogquick script

I need someone to customize the blogquick script. You can check out the script at [login to view URL] 1. I want to completely change the look and feel of the script. You just have to play with the CSS, Photoshop to change the way the default script looks. I am looking for a classy and trendy look like [login to view URL] Please note that you have to design the PSD yourself (or by one of your team members) and pass across me for revision/approval. 2) Instead of Featured Opportunity, there should be listing of Featured Bloggers for which bloggers should have the opportunity of making their blogs as featured by paying extra charges. 3. In the user field (account settings), I want to add few more fields, such as a radio button for various payment modes (such as check, paypal, Wire transfer, etc), Address field, Bank details field, etc. You should be able to create new tables in MySQL database so that these information will be stored there. 4. Make email verification mandatory in order to add blogs to his account (for bloggers) 5. And few minor ones.. I will provide you the script to work on.
