Application store

I have written plugins for PlayOn ([login to view URL]). The plugins are binaries of small size. I would like to have a simple app store where I could post them and where people could buy them for a nominal fee. Ideally the page would have a page for buyers to leave comment about the plugin and to get support. It should allow payment through paypal.? I would also like to have the ability to offer the plugin at different prices (including free).? I do not mind if the side is built from drupal and/or joomla. You can use as many scripts as you would like.
