Easy augmented reality project for an experienced coder.
Any question just let me know.
-----------------------
What we would lie to do is have a big screen with a camera ? pointed at a table set up, with a marker on a ? coffee pot and one on a coffee mug. The screen should show an animated version of the coffee pot and mug. What we intend to do is put a small motor in the coffee pot so that it shakes, or vibrates, by itself (to simulate the trembling that occurs in Parkinson's Disease). So, when a user picks up the coffee pot and the coffee pot is tipped, coffee should be seen to flow out on-screen. If the user lines the coffee pot up with the coffee mug, the animations should show the mug slowly filling up, but if they are not lined up, the coffee should be shown as spilling on to the table.
I expect the result is that the coffee pot will be moving and as the user tries to fill the coffee mug up, the screen will show spilling and splashing.
The other situation we want to reproduce, is the action of buttoning a shirt.
Please kindly provide a general quote (I would like this using 3D models if possible, but if it saves money and time, we could look at a flat animated version.).
Thanks, Iamar.
## Deliverables
In detail:
1 Scenario 1: Pouring coffee
1.1 The simulation is performed by capturing the environment and augmenting it.
1.2 The simulation will begin once both markers, the one on the cup and the one on the coffee pot, enter the field of view of the camera.?
1.3 Both the cup and the coffee pot can return to a resting state, and then automatically continue the simulation when the pouring continues.?
1.4 The coffee pouring maneuver will be followed closely to determine if the coffee enters the cup normally or overturning or spills occur. The decision will be determined depending on how the user is pouring coffee, based on the alignment between the markers on the cup and coffee pot which will be determined in the next stage of the requirements engineering.
1.5 The vibration of the coffee pot produced by an external hardware device will be compensated to avoid disruption in tracer uptake.
1.6 The coffee flowing between the coffee pot and the cup will be increased, as well as the spots and splashes that might arise. The implementation in 2D or 3D will be evaluated in the next stage of the requirements engineering.?
1.7 Audio clips will be used when pouring coffee, as well as for rollover, stains and splashes.
2 Scenario 2: Buttoning a shirt
2.1 The simulation will be carried out virtually, using the monitoring system to control the animation on screen.
2.2 The decision to button the button or not will be determined from the position of the hands, which will be followed by markers.
2.3 Audio clips will be used to enhance the situation and make clear its outcome.
2.4 The animation will be performed using a 3D human model with fluid movements in the arms and hands that allow for a clear understanding of the challenges that a person suffering from Parkinson's disease faces.
