I am looking for someone who can write code to accurately track how many visits/views authors to my Wordpress blog attract. I will also need a dashboard so the author can see the same. An author's interface with accounting, and possibly graphs will add much. Traffic levels will be multiplied by a money index to show earnings for the author and the graph will show traffic generated. Add'l tools to be added later. The tracking software should be done in a way that won't impact the site's performance (speed).
