Barcode Inventory System

the goal of the software is that, provided with a scanner and barcode printer, to properly track inventory production and sales of inventory first fabric comes in rolls and each is tagged with a barcode which assigns it the type, color, and weight/length we cut the fabric then send it off to our sewers, when it comes back it gets scanned and tagged and then scanned again as it leaves the warehouse with the retail barcode style, fabric, costing, quantity breakdown, srp are the fields i am looking for i would want reports that indicate monthly changes in inventory in house and at the stores (via them taking a barcode and sticking it on their ntbks which are then scanned here) duration as well, i want to know how long it took this garment to be made and how fast is was sold. turnover is a key indicator of success in garments this is just a ballpark estimate of what i need in the program, currently i am getting quotes for the hardware, so its the software side that really needs work on due to the level of customization i hope you can help me on this, thanks
