Build an e-commerce website for my small business

I would like to have my business website designed and developed from start to finish.? I would also like to have it optimized and made to be brought up to the top page of search engines when customers do a search.? I will be selling as many as 500 different items and would like it set up as a shopping cart style, and to be paid thru paypal or credit card style click to pay. i would like my company logo to be on the site as well as good graphics.? for an example, i would like my site to be similar to [[login to view URL]][1].? I sell plastic sheets only however.? We will have to sit down face to face to discuss at some point.?
