I would like a **professional coder** to implement a CMS such as Drupal, or similar on a Godaddy hosted site. I do not want a custom CMS. It must be a standard CMS implementation.
The CMS used must be flexible, secure and grow with our usage over time. It must allow for easy plugins.
The site must include download management for users, a forum, visitor tracking and other back end requirements.
I have artwork, mockups and slices but no code for the site. Please only bid if you have a good track record with RAC projects. **Sorry no first time bidders will be considerer.**
To bid you must supply a portfolio of sites YOU have build with references.
My terms are:
1: Complete and fully-functional on all pages as well as complete source code of all work done.
2: Short weekly written updates on your progress and ETA.
3: If I do not hear from you for 2 weeks the project is canceled with no payment.
4: 50% in escrow when you begin.
5: You create a working copy, I test it for 1-3 days. Supply you a list of issues, pay 50%.
6: You fix the issues. I test for 1-3 days.
7: If all is correct I pay the remaining 50%
