CRM Usage

Information will need to be summarised from a Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 system to provide an overview report showing usage of their users within CRM.

It is expected that this report should be delivered through SQL Reporting Services? and will be created from a number of sub reports all of which will be displayed on screen at the same time. The format should allow for the sub reports to be displayed in different quadrants of the screen.

## Deliverables

The following information will need to be summarised from a Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 system to provide an overview report which will allow supervisors and administrators of the CRM system to gain information and knowledge of the usage of their users within CRM.

It is expected that this report should be delivered through SQL Reporting Services

The report will be created from a number of sub reports all of which will be displayed on screen at the same time. The format should allow for the sub reports to be displayed in different quadrants of the screen.

? Opportunity Report:

This is a summary of the “Opportunity?? table, and would show the number of opportunities created broken down by user and by date range. The date range should be divided into week long periods with the X axis showing both User and Date Range information, the Y axis showing count of opportunities.

There will be to be two additional identical reports to look at proposals (quote) and contracts (salesorder), the criteria and display method should be the same.

? Activity Report:

This will comprise three reports all showing different facets of activity utilisation of the system each of the reports will show a weekly breakdown of data split by activity type (Email / Task / Phone / Appointment / Other) .

Activities created

Activities Open

Activities completed (date) ??" can use Actual End Date

? Organisation and Contact Report

A final report will show record creation and modification for Organisation, Contact and Enquiry (lead) records. The report will be broken down by date (weekly) and number of records as well as? the count of the different records.
