CRM + sales force

Hi there, I am going to need a CRM software that I am going to use real estate sales purposes. Here how is it gonna work Sellers (Place A, Place B, Place C, Place D ) Buyers (John, Mark, Debbie,) Actions (called me, e-mailed me, meeting, showing, deposit) I 'd like to enter following data Date-Buyer-Action-seller-Memo Example Jun11.08 (Date)-John(buyer)-called me(action) Place A (seller) (memo side I will write what happened) Need a report? John (buyer)? transactions and need a report Place A (seller) transactions It wont be on the internet. MS Access or Visual Basic is OK.
