Change IP addresses from US to India, to get on eBay (Indian Proxies)

We need long-term access to 15 different IP addresses in India. We are currently located in North America and wish to maintain our company's eBay accounts (which are Indian-based). ? However, every time we log on to eBay, we are asked for a time-consuming identity verification because the account is Indian-based and our IP is US-based. We need access to 15 different fast IP addresses in India and the ability to change our IP to any one of those IP addresses on demand. ? Preferably these IPs will remain constant (the numbers will not change)- though this is not absolutely necessary. ? We need to appear as if we are logging into each eBay account from an Indian IP every week. ? We don't mind if the IPs change each week, as long as we can use 15 different IPs for the different accounts. The proxy or proxies must support SSL, http, javascript (for the ebay instant chat) etc. ? and be fast. ? The IP addresses must be good IPs --this means that none of them have ever been banned, flagged for spam, associated with common proxies etc. We have tried several available IP-changing programs but most of them are scams, do not run SSL (https), and run way too slowly. ? Their IP addresses also kept on changing constantly.
