Copy a webpage into asp.net and create localized pages

I need somebody who would ba able to take a web-page that is coded in asp, but possibly will not have the asp pages, to copy a simple website consisting of 6 pages into asp.net. then I will need each of the six pages copied and localised, translated into german, french and italian. Translation already exists, so only text needs to be changed. I would also like all references to prices getting their information from a database table, and an administration page where you will be able to administrate these prices. The current design can stay, but slight modernizations would be acceptable, as long as we have backwards compatibility to IE5...
