Coupon Website or Wordpress Theme - Mockup Completed

Hello,

I'm currently in the process of building a coupon respository website.? I would like an? SEO optimized and Search friendly/crawlable? website? OR a? wordpress theme to incorporate with wordpress.? The server and client side language does not matter (PhP, ASP, .NET, Perl, IIS/HTML, etc).

I currently have a mockup completed on mostly what I would like (90%).?

No DB required.?

I currently have a mockup completed on mostly what I would like (90%).? The look will need a bit of modifications.

Changes required towards the mockup:

- Possibly edit the blue on the page (possibly make it a bid darker or put a shade to it).? Something a bit easier on the eyes...I believe it's a bit too dark.? Or change the color to something which flows with the green.

- For the "Top 12 Stores".? I need 12 boxes.? I need 4 more added horizontal.? So in total it will be 3 rows of 4 boxes.? I still want the page to be aligned as it is right now. If you want..I suppose you can remove 1 coupon from the "New Coupons and Deals".? This will leave that area with 3 coupons instead of the 4. This will shift the page up and give you more room to add a row of 4 stores under top 12 stores.

- Replace the presents on the top of the page with something else (possibly a coupon related image or a customized banner related to the subject of coupons).? Unfortunately, I don't have a domain name as of yet so an image may be a better route for now.

I need all of the features working on the site:

I don't exactly need a backend database.? I was thinking about manually buidling the pages and edit them in html.? This will save a ton of time for the coder.

- Search - I need the search to possibly search all html pages in the root and to spit out thumbnails and the links to the subpage on a dedicated search page.

- Coupons Newsletter - I need to receive an e-mail notification once somebody submit their e-mail address in this box.

- Send me Deals - I need to have a submission form pop up once this link is clicked on the footer of the page and for me to receive the e-mail regarding the request for deals.

- Add to Favourites - I need this feature to work with all browsers.

In total, I would like the homepage built, along with 2 generic subpages.? One subpage for the list of website url's and thumbnails for a specific category (ie, video games).? The 2nd generic subpage will hold the coupons and deals for the actual website listed under the categories.? Both generic lists must basically have the header, footer similar to the homepage and a blank area (possibly in grey which matched the homepage body) which is html editable without altering the header and footer on the page.
