DEC - Wordpress Website Updates(repost)

Hello, I had someone on vworker design and develop a wordpress site for a cleint of ours. He said he would complete the updates when the cleint provides all info in order to complete the job. It has been over 24 hours and the developer has not replied. We cannot wait and we need to complete this site ASAP. The site is already developed.
