Dance Class Phase 2(repost)

I need the following done to my site [login to view URL] 1) The nav buttons on the site need to go a long the top and a drop down menu created instead of the current pop up one. 2)The site needs to have a better design for the time table area, submit message area, viewing the flash videos and the admin panel. 3) The membership login features needs to be improved - location awareness, members name and adding a paypal gateway needs to be added. 4) Links to add the images on the front page and the sample video. 5)The site needs to keep the basic image and data but needs a general tidy.
