Database Analysis Development

I require experience developer to design and code a database capable of storing and analyzing millions of transactions. ? Database should be capable of importing data from a .csv file, performing data quality checks and validation routines, and completing pre-defined analysis via SQL stored procedures. Database should be stable, efficient and appropriate for linking into commercially available or open source reporting packages such as Crystal Reports or Pentaho. ## Deliverables Buy will provide test data file and logical algorithm for each analysis necessary based on the information provided in the test file. Seller to provide prototype database layout and schematic diagram prior to coding SQL statements. Buyer requires full documentation in English. ? Project is "Proof of Concept" and could lead to substantial additional work in subsequent phases. Buyer is open to reasonable offers.
