Database and Queries

I need to create a online directory of the local condominium complexes and neighborhoods. ? There will be over 50 fields of information, along with photos and swf files that need to be delivered. I need the database to be searchable, ie: find a condo complex in a certain region that allows pets over 20lbs and has ocean views. The results should be presented in an easy to read manner. ? When a customer clicks on a result, all of the data for that complex needs to be displayed.

This will be a subscription service, so I need accounts setup and a payment method. ? I also would like to have a way for clients to integrate the information into their website with a premium subscription.
