Decompile Embedded VB File

I have a small program that was written in evb that runs on a pocket pc 2002 that I need to make some changes to.? the guy who created it no longer works for our company and is unreachable.? My boss has asked me to make some changes to the program.? it is a simple fix that would be easy if i had the source code.? I have seen that evb is relatively easy to decompile, but do not know how to do it.? Id like to get this done ASAP.
