Digital Calendar

I am designing a physical calendar to list all events for a niche area for the coming year of 2010. I want to have a digital calendar to go along with t, so I can update all events, offers, etc that come up and were not included before the physical calendar was printed. The physical calendar designer will give me the files to upload into the digital calendar, so it will take no artwork or designing. I only need to be able to upload the designed files form the designer - and I need the functions to be able to search each month, to add in updates of whatever is sent to me...... ## Deliverables Please let me know - IF we were to decide to do this ONLY digitally, what type of files you would need to complete. I want the project to be launched on the last day of October, for a large event one week later. What would you need as far as the artwork to post in each month. It will be sold to advertisers in one month or half month blocks, to Brand for their company - then each Day Block can contain additional information about events. Respopnd to view a sample of the way it would be set up - with different information on each page - all supplied by the advertiser - YOU would not have to do the artwork of the design, simply the installation Please advise with two answers - doing it both ways
