chinesse website

hi am need a project to be made which i am doing for college,, its abasically an online chinesse delivery website which will allow customers to order food from a website but will not invlove payments over the website,, i will be using a sql database which will save customers details and orders etc,,, i have made a homepage which i will be basing my site on,, the functionality of the site will be customers register on the site when they want to order food and if they have registered before then there details will appear once they have loged in,, i will also be using sms texts on the site which will send customers text messages to their mobile phones,,
