clean up cache on yahoo and google with webmaster account and exlusion [login to view URL] file

I have both webmaster accoutns for yahoo and google. I am looking to remove and delete all cached search results and all cached pages that are housed by both search engines, I have take alot of the steps , i need someone to over view the work and give best practise suggestions.
