Aweber Expiring Links App (api) (need expiring links automatically inserted into emails)

I am in need of a programmer to create a way for me to insert expiring links ( from 3 hours, to 13 days) into emails that are sent out automatically by Aweber (and autoresponder service).

So when aweber automatically sends out a certain email (say #5 in the series) I need an expiring link inserted where I want it, into that email. This link would be "live" for X hours, after that, if they click on the link, it will redirect them to a different page.

These emails are sent out automatically by Aweber, and so it needs to integrate so I DONT have to do anything. The "timer" for the link must start when the email is SENT, not when opened or the link clicked. So if aweber sends this email a 6 pm, and the link is set to expire 3 hours later, the link MUST expire at 9 pm - regardless of whether they open the email, or click the link. It must expire X hours after the email is SENT.

I am guessing there would be some sort of database on my website, that created a link on the fly, then used the api to insert it into the email.

These would be links to normal pages, not downloads. The emails with the expiring links may be the first of the series, or the 10th email (or whatever), so you should know that. I want to use this on multiple accounts, so I would need you to tell me how to "customize" it, based on using it with a different account.
