Django & Python expert needed to support python/django development project

I'm looking to rapidly develop a project using python and django and looking for am looking for an expert in both who can be on hand to answer questions, both simple and complex with clear answers, examples, references and code samples as required. This may be over email, IM, voice or screen share.

I'll expect a per-hour rate as your bid, and will pay hourly for work done. I'll consider a retainer if you'd like that.

I'm an experienced developer in PHP and am learning python from the ground up. I'll be looking to ask detailed and focussed questions on anything to do with python or django. This will be primarily in the course of developing a web app but may relate to peripheral issues such as apache config for python, deployment, etc.

You must be extremely familiar python and django and be an experienced programmer and have a good level of LAMP administration experience.

Generally, I need instant responses during the UK day, and I'll be much more inclined to work with someone available to respond rapidly between 12:00pm and 11pm BST.

As communication is important I'm unlikely to consider people who don't have English as their first language, and aren't willing to communicate through the most effective medium at the time. Talking things through is often the best way.
