Build a CRM/ERP/Accounting Application from scratch.

We have a great idea for a web based application for an underserved industry. We have the industry experience and know how, a good idea that will sell, and an understanding of the architecture required to make it happen. The application developed will become a hosted service for this industry. We're looking for a coder with PHP, Javascript, AJAX, SOAP, Ruby, MySQL experience. Ideally, you will have an understanding or experience how to integrate this web based application with Google Apps. We are seeking a business partner who will consider a small upfront payment plus an on-going royalty from the monthly subscription service that this will generate. We're building a CRM/ERP/Accounting/Project Tracking system from scratch (do not contact us if you are looking to use code from any other CRM application). You will be provided with a fully planned product roadmap and will be required to develop and design to completion. We have developed the feature set and even have a start at the database backend. Additionally, you will be required to document and help maintain future releases of the product. This Application is expected to be used by 5,000 - 10,000 users every single day within the first 6 months after launch. We will market, host and maintain the project. Our project consists of several parts that make up a complete system: 1) CRM 2) Accounting, including expense & time tracking, project estimating, invoicing, statements, and transfer to quickbooks. 3) Collaboration 4) Project Tracking, including tasking, resource allocation, and project document printing. 5) Google Apps Integration - Contact synchronization, Email tagging and importing into the CRM app, Calendar syncronization. YOU MUST: Have a good understanding of the english language and can communicate well. Have a professional demeanor and work ethic. Have produced large projects of this size. Work fast and produce quality code. Have a strong knowledge of the programming languages required. Be willing to sign a Confidentiality Agreement. Be willing to sign over the rights to our parent company. Be willing to get started right away. Have the time to dedicate to this project. We would like to start alpha testing in 2 months time. We would like to start beta testing in 3 months time.
