AdWords / SEO Specialist to Work With Us Longterm

We have a service business and would like to promote it with Google AdWords (also will think about Yahoo and Bing - but focusing on google at the moment) and organic results. We have about 10 different types of services that we offer and want to create campaigns for each one. We are service based and have people come to our site and complete a form if they would like to know more details and we then follow them up. We will start with just one service area to test and then add more areas. We would like to work with a SEO/AdWords specialist that does this full time. We would like see what you propose regarding an AdWords/SEO plan, regarding keyword generation, link building, back links etc, landing page Meta data and build relevance ranking. We will compare the different plans and ideas people suggest. We know this is not an overnight time but a longer term approach. Specialists in AdWords and SEO please only apply. This is a long term proposal and would just like someone to manage our SEO/AdWords for us and we share revenue and pay based on conversions. While not necessary if you have subscriptions to and use keywordspy and Martket Samurai that would be beneficial. Thank you and any questions please let me know.
