Create and Install Joomla Template

We want a Joomla template created to somewhat mimic our old site in tableless CSS. This template should be as SEO friendly as you possibly can. Site is at [login to view URL] New site is being constructed at [login to view URL] Please feel free to offer any suggestions. This will need to be a three column page template. Instead of the image with the category image (on left) and the category name as an image we will want to make the drug (section) name in OR Please note that in first page we have a news flash as an image. We will want to use the news flash component there instead of an image. Again we are open to any design suggestions or design alternatives for the new template. Our biggest concern is for SEO while looking very, very professional. right now the images have been sliced and diced and we don't have any of the photo shop layered images. We understand that it may be impossible to completely mimic the current site in tableless CSS. Please email or PM for further details. While we have a lot of experience using Joomla and installing and using various extensions, modules, and bots and templates we are open to your suggestions on which modules and components to install. We will want you to have the form (on the right) installed and configured as well. All the rest of the content we are in putting now and will not be your responsibility. We would also like the template to have the ability to increase or decrease font size and site width like some of the templates seen at rockettheme.com.
