Gooday programmers. There is a rush on this project I need a transactional databse to track the day to day activities of a cable service company. There is equipment to be signed into inventory and then assigned to technicians. Then upon completion of service calls and work orders special codes are used for payment and equipment removal from the techs possession. There are different pay levels that need to be editable for the technicians based on the special codes. All the workorders and service calls need to be tracked by customer account number and also assigned to techs . Warnings need to pop up thru out the day for work orders not yet completed as they aaproachtheir due date. All this and reports for admin, totals, pay amounts per tech by time period, total equipment used per period etc. That about sums it up, good luck with your bids!
