Auto posting script for multiple article directories

Looking for experienced top programmer to write script that will automate functions (like article posting, banners/ homepage links, comments) across network of many article directories (all using same software, articleMS ) at low price. Basically, each time new articles postings, banners, comments are added on a master article directory, the script will copy the new articles postings, banners, comments from the master article directory and post on all other article directories on the network. The article directories are hosted on separate hosting accounts/control panels. Only coder/programmer who has done similar script for article directories before need to bid. Bidders are required to provide details of their experience and portfolio of sites/ clients.
