Bot OR seperate login for my workers

I am not sure how to articulate exactly what I need so I created a video that hopefully explains it a bit better. Basically I have a amazon account that I upload and sell content from. I want to have one of my team members help me upload content to my account as well, but I do not want to give him access to my user name and pass word and certain areas of my account What I hope you can do is create a bot that he can log into, fill out all of the required fields on the bot, such as name; author: title; price; ect and then have the bot log into my amazon account and than submit the info just as he would had he actually logged into my account Does this make sense?
