Convert wordpress plugin to phpbb plugin

We need drupal and wordpress expert.

We are a service that let wordpress users add a chat to their blog (iframe),

We need the same for drupal.

What we Need?

2 – Write installation instructions in HTML format (with print screens, for each step).
