Coupon and CMS for making sites for clients

I am looking for a partner/programmer for a CMS system

This system will include coupon site, directory of sites, CMS with catalog and Ecommerce - for building sites for clients.. Something like [url removed, login to view] - but probably without the free option.

the sites can be based on WP or other open source.

All need to be automated with sub-domain control.

The GUI need to be SUPER easy use (I have in mind how it can be).

The coupon site will not be as Groupon or other script that are available now.

COOPERATION

I want the programmer to build the system for himself - he will use it in his own state and neighbouring states - I Will pay all costs Including domain and hosting all the time (VPS in beggining - server if nececery in future) and **you bid for that** dollars .

I will use the system elsewhere.

For other regions we will have affiliates

- we will share profits 50/50.

Programmer will give me support and will keep developing on request.

I need someone who want to build business for long term without risking money.

Multi language support + RTL is needed
