Custom script for Wordpress, is this possible?

Hello I have a wordpress site using the genesis framework. I wonder if it's possible to create a script that would do the following: It will scan this website ( [login to view URL] ) and create POSTS out of every object for sale on that website. It must also frequently look for changes, and add new objects automatically. If a previous object no longer exists, it should simply add something like "SOLD" to that wordpress post. If this is possible, please explain shortly how you would go about doing it and how long it would take to accomplish. Or if you need any more info - just say
