Customize buddypress to function with our theme

We have a template that needs to be sync or edited with buddypress. 3 Php files that control header, footer and sidebar need to be edited to show seemless design with buddypress and our theme wordpress. This project should be easy for a php professional. scale from 1-10 this job is 2 or time to finish. We would need this done for $20 as it probable would take someone 5-30 min to accomplish. Also must have knowledge with buddypress for wordpress
