Add a tell a friend email link to web site

I need to add a TELL A FRIEND link to the main page of my web site. Tell a Friend" feature makes it easy to send an e-mail to a friend recommending an article on a site. "Tell a Friend" works through special links on your web-page. When this link is clicked on, you are taken to a web-page where you can recommend the page to a friend. [login to view URL] If you look at this link under the title on the right: E-BOOK OPTIONS, you will see a tell a friend link and I want to have a link just like this one. It opens into an e-mail.
