Configuration of Dedicated Server

Recently purchased a dedicated server. WE have Webmin and SSH access, but need to be sure that we have FTP access, PHP 5, and MySql installed so that we can run Joomla and use it to operate our web pages. This should be very very easy and quick for somebody experienced in doing this, so we really dont want to spend more than $30.00. We need this done ASAP.
