DESIGN WORDPRESS & INSTALL

Experienced Wordpress Designer required. I am looking for my own wordpress theme created. I like the look and feel of the following sites: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] In particular [login to view URL] site. Obviously you cannot copycat this but it is just to give you an idea of layout and style. The subscriber optin box in the middle at the top is important and so is a pop up from this site. I am looking for a theme that is easily customizable as I would like to use it as a template for other blogs too. Therefore the part where you put the name of the blog needs to be easily changed, yet have a nice style/look compared to normal wordpress themes. I also need the subscriber box and pop up to be easily customizable too. I need the blog to have all the usual plugins for SEO, rss feeds, social bookmarking, monetizing, google sitemap, etc. I don't know a lot about this so I am looking for someone that knows how to customize this at installation. I am also looking for someone that can work with me after this project to install and customize future blogs too - regular work. I have a very small budget for this so please only bid if at the the lower end. I need someone that is reliable, excellent communication skills, friendly, flexible if any changes are needed, and can produce this within 3 days.
