banner rotation

Hello I need a banner rotation for my real estate website that will have a browser button for banner uploads and it also needs to have the ability to limit each banner to number of clicks or days etc and also to keep my choice of banner non rotating or rotating etc.... Please tell me what you can do and a ball park idea how long it will take as well as what options your banner rotaion would offer. I would prefer to have approx 6 banners on the home page as well as 4 on subsequent pages....those with experience on GAF and specifically on banner rotation scripts will be given preference... Thanks!!
