Automated Shipment Tracking Forwarder for Drop Ship Customers - repost

We are an e-commerce store that does a significant amount of drop shipping. At this time we are manually forwarding tracking emails to our customers which is very time consuming. I am hoping to have a program developed that will monitor our tracking email address, use the Reference Number field within these emails to query the database in our billing system (Quickbooks and/or Fishbowl Inventory), obtain the email address for the appropriate customer, and automatically forward the email without a need for human interaction.
