Automatically Sync Centos with remote time server

I need a solution to ensure clock for Centos is always reliable. There are two instances of Centos were solution must work, they must sync with a remote time server and set time to -6GMT. Instructions must be provided in case time should be set in future for a different time zone, for example +5 GMT.
