BIM integration

We have a live deployment of a facility management system(CAFM). We are looking out for a platform, which could fetch data from 3D Models and feed to our facility management system. We are looking forward for the following features in the platform: 1) Extract data from 3D models(by Revit, Navisworks etc.), and maintain all relevant information in a BIM common-shared database (the database would be a digital view of the building itself). 2) A common shared BIM platform that supports analyzing the data, and APIs to integrate third party applications to access/modify data. (Our facility management solution would need to import the data from this platform) 3) Support for importing BIM model files like .ifc, .rvt, .dwg, cobie files etc into its database. (All BIM related file types need be supported). 4) Support export of "Location Details" & "Asset Details" from the BIM model and export to a third party facility management solution.(Our facility management solution would be need this data for its operation.)
